What we don't promise.
- We don't promise 99% inbox placement. No tool can. Inbox placement depends on your domain reputation, your list quality, and your content as much as your sending tool.
- We don't have dedicated IPs on the free tier or starter bundle pricing. If you need a dedicated IP for very high-volume sending, that's a "Talk to us" conversation.
- We don't pre-warm IPs for you automatically. If you're moving from another tool, your reputation moves with your domain, not the IP.
